Users can view news from verified publishers and individuals, bookmark content, and interact with our AI-powered voice assistant.

By accessing or using the Inciti App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue using the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Inciti.

All content shared by users remains the property of the user, but by posting it on Inciti, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and promote it within the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, trademarks, graphics, UI/UX designs, and code are the property of Inciti and/or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from the app without prior written permission.

7. AI Voice & Automated Services

Our app includes AI-powered voice reading and smart recommendation tools.
These are for user convenience only — we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of automated translations or pronunciations.

8. Earnings and Rewards (Upcoming Feature)

If you participate in Inciti’s earning or referral programs, the following apply:

• All earnings are subject to verification and compliance with our community guidelines.

• Fraudulent or duplicate activities will result in disqualification and account suspension.

• Inciti reserves the right to modify or discontinue earning programs at any time.

9. Advertisements & Sponsorship

Inciti may display ads, sponsored content, or affiliate links.
We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services promoted within the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Engage in activities that harm Inciti, other users, or the platform’s integrity.

You may delete your account anytime from within the App or by contacting our support team.

Inciti is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• User-generated content,

• App downtime or technical issues, or

• Third-party actions.
